1. Purpose of Our Reviews

At FraudExpose, we help users make safer online decisions by publishing genuine reviews of websites, companies, and digital services. Every review aims to encourage accountability, honesty, and consumer awareness.

2. Who Can Leave a Review

Anyone who has had a genuine experience (positive or negative) may submit a review. Each user can post one review per company, unless they have a new or updated experience to share.

3. Review Moderation & Verification

• All reviews undergo automated and manual checks to detect fake or paid submissions.
• Fraudulent, spam, or duplicate reviews are removed immediately.
• We may request proof of interaction (invoice, chat screenshot, or email) to verify authenticity.
• Offensive or defamatory content is strictly prohibited.

4. Business Responses

Businesses listed on FraudExpose can publicly reply to reviews. Replies must remain respectful and fact-based. Any response found to contain harassment, personal attacks, or misinformation will be deleted.

5. Editing or Removing a Review

Users can edit or delete their reviews anytime by verifying ownership via email. FraudExpose may also remove reviews that violate our terms or are proven false.

6. Conflict of Interest

• We never sell positive reviews or manipulate trust scores.
• Businesses cannot pay to remove negative feedback.
• Sponsored listings, when applicable, are clearly labeled as “Sponsored.”

7. Transparency of Trust Scores

Trust Scores are calculated automatically using various data points including:

• Domain age, SSL, and hosting data
• User review sentiment
• Fraud reports or blacklist records
• Behavioral and reputation signals

8. Reporting Fake or Abusive Reviews

Users can report suspicious reviews through the “Report Review” button or by emailing support@fraudexpose.org. All reports are investigated promptly.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Review Policy at any time to align with new regulations, security standards, or operational improvements. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date.
